It will start playing a programme, but when the programme is paused, or when I try to play it a second time, it will not resume, and gives the error message All4 - 011. Please, help me restore YouTube on my Sony devices. The Google monster is determined to mess up a whole lot of peoples accounts by various means and methods and problems such as this.

Same here, from a cursory glance on google it seems a lot of people are having this issue, too many to just be random, mine was working last night, came home from work and it won't play videos, I assumed it was just a minor issue and it would resolve itself shortly, watched a movie on netflix, still not working, took a nap, still not working, has anyone found a solution yet?. The youtube app was working fine until a few weeks ago. When I contacted samsung I was told that google no longer supports apps the app because my blu ray player was purchased before 2013. Same goes for the television. The player works just fine, so did the app even though I purchased it in 2009. How can I get support from google. I really don't want to go out to buy a new entertainment system. Is there a work around. Or, can google return the support for older apps. I know someone here says they have been in touch with them. But considering the amount of people on the forums with the problem you'd think someone from Google would be on here giving us some sort of information. On my mobile, tablet and laptop everywhere is running fine. They asked me to reset the smart hub, then the entire tv itself. If Samsung people would have just known of the general problem, i wouldn't have lost my apps, calibration and all settings. It would have been just another fine day. Then have updated the firmware to 04. Youtube app opens well, shows the home page as shown on leanbacklite. Allows to browse and search a video. When any video is selected to play, it tries to load the video but does not ever start. Has been an issue for the last couple of days YouTube version 3. The videos play on my laptop and on my phone. I tried changing the settings on the video. I went from private, to unlisted, to public, but still nothing. Yes, this is a new problem for me that seemed to start about 3 or 4 months ago again as others stated it might be something with a new update. Again, the problem is not on the laptop or mobile devise. I saw a similar idea mentioned in the comments above. The final end characters are different on each video error. And I have tried and tried and tried again. Searching through all these forums for answers is a nightmare. You are not sure if the thread is still alive or not. Additionally, I called the Roku technical help line. I have called 3 different helplines for Google since they don't really have a customer service line. At some point in the conversation the technician request permission to remote access and of course there is a pretty substantial fee. I am thinking of scrapping the entire account and creating a new one. I may try to do the uploads on the new account and see if that helps. I just have been busy with work.
